Save the Date for 2026 California Employment Law Seminars

Please mark your calendars for our 12th annual “California Law for Texas Employers” program, which provides both a comprehensive summary of California’s employment laws, focusing on the ways that California employment laws differ from Texas’ laws, as well as a review of all the new employment laws for California employers in 2026. The seminar will be offered both in-person and via Zoom.

We will also be providing our sixth annual “California Leave of Absence Boot Camp,” via Zoom only. This session will cover California’s numerous leave-related laws (including updated requirements for 2026), summarize employer obligations and compliant policies and postings, and walk through updated fact patterns that reflect the most significant changes for employers this year.
